After the tales Just so Stories by Rudyard Kipling.

4 short pieces which come from a cycle of compositions around Kipling’s tales; in this cycle, you can find «The Butterfly that Stamped», for solo baritone saxophone and wind band.

for flute (doubling alto flute), clarinet (doubling bass clarinet), violin, cello, piano and vibraphone.

•How the Leopard got his SpotsComment le léopart eut ses tâches, Op. 18b (2007)
for harp, celeste and vibraphone.

• How the Whale got his Throat Comment la baleine eut son gosier, Op. 18c (still in progress)
for flute (doubling alto flute), clarinet (doubling bass clarinet), violin, viola, cello, harp, celeste (doubling piano) and vibraphone.

• How the Camel got his Hump Comment le chameau eut sa bosse, Op. 18d (still in progress)
for flute (doubling alto flute), violin, viola and cello.
